Quality Plus Furniture is committed to providing our customers with quality furniture and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused/assembled, undamaged, and in the original packaging it was delivered in.
- Custom 'made-to-order' items, clearance, and sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team on 01524 35358 with your order details and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions on where and how to send your item back. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, Quality Plus Furniture will cover the shipping costs.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear on your credit card or bank statement due to processing times by financial institutions.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the product) with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange to repair, replace or issue a full refund.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged product, contact us at 01524 35358 and we’ll guide you through the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are made-to-order, personalised, marked as “sale” "clearance" or discounted heavily are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
7. Restocking Fees
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged.
